I have a feeling this year is going to be a very good school year. Fantastic even. Congratulations Headmaster Snape.

I have this huge, irresistible urge for ice cream. Probably because it's starting to get chilly, aye?

My little brother brought a dragon home yesterday. Not a real one, at least not to us. It's a lizard that's called a bearded dragon but it's still like a miniature dragon. I have no idea where he found it, he says on the road, but I doubt they are native to Colchester, but my kid brother found a dragon. I'm not going to prod him where he found it. We've already shown it to the littlest and he thinks its ridiculously awesome, so that means it's staying. We just have to buy a cage and find out what it eats and then we've got the newest edition to the Dorny family. My mother will probably scream and frown and tell us to keep it locked up.
So who wants to see my dragon, yeah? Everyone loves dragons. ( Read more... )
Meet the dragon. He doesn't have a name yet and I've vetoed Spike. What do you think? It needs to be a really good dragon name, something that, despite his tiny size and not-actual-dragon-ness will strike fear into people's hearts as they think it's a real dragon because obviously this bloke is not. And no, I'm not sure he's a bloke, but come on, would you want a female dragon? If you say yes then you're chocabock full of it. No one wants a female dragon, miniaturized or not.
